Q: How do I sign up to be a Customer Funding Automotive Acceptance
(CFAA) dealer?
A: If you are in AZ, CO, NM, UT, TX, CA, GA, NV, you can either complete the online
dealer application by clicking here or call our Dealer Services department at
(877) 784-1030. We will walk you through the sign up process and assign a user
ID and password. You will gain access to our proprietary application processing
system and will be able to submit applications immediately.

Q: Are there any documents or agreements to sign?
A: Yes, in order to access our application processing system and have the ability
to submit applications we only need a completed dealer application. In order for
CFAA to fund contracts that are sent, we would need a completed dealer sign up
package. This includes the Master Dealer Agreement between your dealership
and Customer Funding Automotive Acceptance. Our Regional Account Managers are
available at (877) 784-1030 to assist with any questions regarding the sign up
documents.

Q: How long does it take to get a credit decision, once I have
submitted an application?
A: Once an application is received, it will pass through our State of the Art
application processing system. If the application needs to be reviewed by one
of our credit analysts, an experienced team of credit professionals will analyze
the application and look for deals that make sense. In most cases, all
applications will be decisioned and a notification of the decision will be
sent to you within two hours.

Q: I see on the web site that my deal is approved and
I am able to download the funding documents, how long does it take
to get funded?
A: You will need to overnight the contract, documents, and stips to our credit
and funding center. Once your funding package is received complete and all the
information is verified, you will first notice the account status is changed to
'Funded.' We will then overnight the amount due for the contract.
